Itinerary
The first leg is from Eindhoven to the glider site Hütten-Hotzenwald in the south west of Germany. So as to avoid the French class D airspace west of the Rhein, an extra turnpoint has been inserted: the glider site Schwann-Conweiler. Then from Hütten-Hotzenwald to the north east into the Czech Republic to the airfield Moravská Trebová. Next turnpoint is Lüneburg, just south of Hamburg. Heading west from there brings the participants back in the Netherlands to the glider site Veendam. Contrary to all (except one) previous editions of Euroglide, the finish will not be on Eindhoven, but on glider site Malden, just south of Nijmegen. This itinerary totals to 2175 km as depicted below.

Briefing and preparation
It is tradition that during the evening briefing on Sunday, each team will receive a "briefcase" with Euroglide documentation in print. This year this information is also available digitally on this page and on a USB stick. Below an overview of the contents and how it will be available.
